Planned date is 22/23 July (Wednesday/Thursday) and the two accommodations are The Fountain Cottage and the Riverdale Hall Hotel.

Hi Strollers & Walkers,
I'm picking up between 9 -930 so will get there in about 75 minutes. StrIght along the A69 and the turn off to Acomb and then more or less straight to Bellingham.
We will be able to dump our bags off at the Fountain and have a rendezvous to discuss routes. Recce last week was the Riverside walk and very nice, slightly longer & easier than the Linn. Suggest we meet at the Riverdale Hall for the river walk and the Cheviot pub for the Linn walk. Any questions give me a ring.

Great couple of days were had by all, lovely accommodation, good grub and refreshments at the local pub. Villagers very nice folk, lots of nice shops and places to go.
First walk was the river walk with lovely weather. Next day was the Hareshaw Linn waterfall, a little more adventurous but all completed without any mishaps.
