Tai Chi is a slow and gentle form of health exercise, focusing on mind, body and spirit. We meet at St. Mary's Church Hall every Thursday 1030-1200
It does not need any special equipment or any previous experience, and it is available to, and suitable for, all levels of fitness, as it allows everyone to work and progress at their own pace. It is also non competitive.
A degree of emphasis on correct breathing can bring many benefits. This feeling of ongoing achievement has an uplifting effect too.
Tai Chi is the perfect exercise to help maintain a good range of movement, as we age.
There is a standing charge of £2.50 pp for hall hire.

Note that for Summer 2025 the lessons will be stopped for the holidays . The last lesson will be 17th July and the next one will be on the 4th September.
