SPARTANS GAMES DAY – FINAL PLANS
Date :Monday 24th August
Venue: Croft Park, Blyth Spartans Ground
Timetable
9.30am – volunteers meet for briefing & set up
10.30am – participant registration – club house
11am – Open the Games
2pm – buffet followed by cake and a celebration & music
Clubhouse will be open until everyone leaves.

Archery – Helen
Giant Snakes & Ladders & Tic Tac Toe – Kath
Balloons – Linda
American bean bags —Natalie or Fran
Axe Throwing – Graeme
Mini Golf – Colin
Parachute – Jody/Anna/Fay
Netball, basketball, Botcha etc – Smile Through Sport

Food and Bar open to buy
Tea, coffee & water free all day
NB – Blyth Spartans Staff will be on hand after the games to show anyone interested the stadium & new Dressing Rooms.
Please note the car park at the club will be closed off for safety reasons, but you can park either on Kingsway, Bishopton Street, William Street (all just off Plessey Road
